Policy
* Gel & Dip color number on the display sample can be different upon manufacture. We will try our best to keep the same color unless manufacture change color.
* To insure our quality services , If you are late for your appointment, and taking longer to make decisions on the colors and styles. We might need to reschedule your appointment or can only provide limited service to be fitted with the available time left on your schedule.
* All services are guaranteed for any reason. If you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service within 3 days.
* Appointments & walk-ins are welcome. However, appointments are first.
* We do not offer refunds on services, gift certificates, or any cash back.
* We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift card or personal belongings within the salon.
* We are not responsible for Allergic Reactions or Burning due to Waxing on clients who are using Acne Medications or Acne Creams.
Cancelation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 5 hours' notice. Cancel appointment available online for your convenience.
Our Policy:
  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 5 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 30% of the reserved services.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
  • We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
